HanziAgain cannot see payment-card information or change Apple billing. For refunds or App Store billing, use Apple's Report a Problem service.

No. It is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple.
Practice history and Studio works remain in HanziAgain's local app container. The app does not upload handwriting to a HanziAgain server.
Delete Studio works from the Studio library and clear selected or all practice-history records in the app. Deleting the app removes its remaining local data subject to normal device backup behavior.
